Bring your Yoga mat or a sarong, and let’s embark together on a transformative journey. As we delve into the practice, we’ll honor one of Yoga’s fundamental principles: Ahimsa, or non-violence. This ethos extends beyond the mat, guiding us towards compassionate choices in all aspects of our lives, including our diet.

By hosting this event in collaboration with Wishbone, a sanctuary for animal rights, we aim to illuminate how our daily habits can foster kindness and reduce violence. Wishbone graciously provides the space for this practice, driven by the dedication of volunteers and the generosity of donors.
